It is fully branded and having gone back and forth on a ticket since Jan 30, its seems WHMCS just doesn't want to talk about it anymore, fix it or refund my money for something I paid for but not received. Now the ticket is being wholly ignored and I have purchased projects from them and wanted to buy licensing, etc. They really should stand behind their product instead of ignoring valid tickets from busy customers - yes, we are busy too!
