javascript and templates - how to!

Hi everyone, just figured this out so I thought id share.

I do all my headers in flash. and with ie, when you put a flash object on a site you have to use some javascript so IE doesnt make you click on the object first before using it. so the site looks smooth.

well after digging around, this is what you need to do to implement javascript within the smarty templates without messing up the templates

do this -

you just need to put a literal tag just like below before and after the javascript! my 2 cents, thought I could help someone else out in case they run into the same issue I did
