Sliffer21
Hello everyone, I have recently patched to v5.1.3 (A little late I know) however my pages in any of the WHMCS folders are coming up blank. I followed the instructions on http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?21317-I-m-getting-a-blank-or-partially-loaded-page and this is the error it returned: Fatal error: The encoded file .../public_html/billing/index.php is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0 (the .. i replaced for the first part of the directory) It is the same for every page. Im not sure if anyone knows what the problem is but any help would be great. Thanks
WHMCS JamesX
Re-upload any encoded files that you uploaded during the upgrade; ensuring to upload them in BINARY (not ASCII, not AUTO) mode. Generally speaking, that will resolve the error you've indicated.

sparky
What ftp client are you using to upload the files with? I would suggest that you use filezilla http://filezilla-project.org/
Sliffer21
I am currently using Filezilla yes, and have changed the upload to Binary with no luck

penguin
Upgrade Ioncube - we found this exact same problem and reported it to WHMCS and they then updated the documentation to include this in the requirements.
