DavidBee
Some of us are having issues replying to tickets on our WHMCS install. We created new accounts in WHMCS which work fine but the older staff accounts fail to reply. This is obviously critical to our business and have had a ticket open from half 8 this morning. Any suggestions?

edvan.com.br
Some of us are having issues replying to tickets on our WHMCS install. We created new accounts in WHMCS which work fine but the older staff accounts fail to reply. This is obviously critical to our business and have had a ticket open from half 8 this morning. Any suggestions? I went through this same problem today and decided after identifying a rule in mod_security. If you use authentication directories that make recommend changing the username/password and make a new test.
WHMCS Chris
Hello, Yeah - I'm going to bet that it's most likely a mod_security, or failing FCGI handler. Unfortunately without the ability to actually look at the Apache logs it would deem this difficult to resolve. Any further assistance would be appreciated.
DavidBee
Yes it was mod_sec that was causing the issue. Very strange tho how it was only happening for some of the staff accounts.
WHMCS Chris
It would have had to been due to something in the URI as that's what mod_sec matches against. I'd be interested to know the URI it caught and rejected and what rules are being used, atomic corp, custom, etc.
