cron job states - "no input file specified"

Hi when tryign to create the cron job, or at least do it from the command prompt to make sure it works - I get an error stating no input file specified.

I use this - d:/path to php/php.exe -q url to whmcs/admin/cron.php

and I get the error stating no input file specified,

Please help.

I figured it out, thought id share,

I had to put php.exe and php4ts.dll in a scripts directory at the root of the drive cause how plesk installs it puts it in program files directory, and when running the task it didnt like the space in between program and files
