WHMCS Chris
Hello, This sounds like a session variable problem within the global or local php.ini. Have you checked your session.* settings? You can do this with a phpinfo page. <?php phpinfo(); ?>
WHMCS JamesX
The only time that I notice the Invalid Token error is if I have two tabs open; one for the admin-side and one for the client-side. It doesn't always do it, but browsing the client-side in another tab can cause that error in the admin-side tab.

James, we do have an update for that available in the next release - but there is a patch obtainable from support regarding that issue. Please open a ticket with us at http://whmcs.com/get-support to obtain this.

Please open a ticket with us at http://whmcs.com/get-support to obtain this. You know, I thought there was a forum for patches for v5.1 problems. Evidently there is but you choose not to use it? No posts in there since July 21, 2012. So much for support when you have to ASK for a patch that you have known about for a while! Why isn't this available to all registered WHMCS customers? Don't you folks have enough to do than to answer message after message about 'invalid token' errors?
durangod
I do still get this token error once in a while, have never been able to establish a definite pattern, i have left pages on forever time after time and they are fine and no error, then i do it sometimes and i get the error. Have not been able to establish any kind of regular pattern or rhyme or reason for this, i just deal with it.
barco57
This bug makes you throw things when you have typed a multi paragraph support ticket response, hit send, and get the invalid token error screen.....all that typing gone....and the response is never as good the second time around......
binary-snake
Try to increase the post_max_size value in php.ini, I hope this will resolve your problem.

Tell me about it, very bloody annoying that WHMCS doesn't have proper back button support...
