gandalf12 Posted December 28, 2012 Share Posted December 28, 2012 I am trying to run the terminate process to remove a product from a client, however I am receiving a Module Command Error stating an unknown error has occurred. WHMCS Chris Posted December 28, 2012 Share Posted December 28, 2012 gandalf12, when you receive an "Unknown error", and the module log debug output is a blank array, that means that there is something blocking the communication between your WHMCS installation & the recipient server.
