CRITICAL! Random invoices not created and service just automatically extended!

Hi,

We have a really bad bug (or issue with WHMCS) we've discovered this bug since a year ago but we ignored it till happened a few times (I mean we've just found them by chance for few time) god knows how many like this issue we have.

 

Okay the issue is for some orders after client paid the first payment, it is never creating any new invoice and every month the system is extending them for another month automatically ( I confirm that we haven't touch anything and everything is on default without touch or changing the billing information)

 

We've really need a solution for this!

I recommend contacting support. This doesn't appear initially to be a bug, rather than configuration setting.
