Technical Support Companies in the US / UK to reply to tickets

Hi

 

Does anyone know what the services are called, or of any companies which we could provide access to who could answer our support tickets within 30 mins 24/7? It would be to deal with Joomla component issues, content additions, general IT support (for software), Joomla web development (where appropriate), just generally deal with technical support requests that come in. If they can't deal with them, then flag them to our tech guys. We are just swamped and want to look at out sourcing some of this tech support.

 

Of course we could setup access rights so nothing could be deleted etc, and wouldn't want them contacting our clients bar via the WHMCS system. Do these sorts of things exist?

They certainly exist for server issues, but not aware of anyone offering advanced Joomla! support 24/7

You would be better off contacting a web development company, instead of a technical support company.
