I was at a site called modulesgarden.com the other day that was advertising that sort of thing. They didn't win me over for what I was looking at as they didn't say give much info on the module and a 7 day trial which I didn't think was enough (considering they had hardly any info on the module on their site). Still, you can check them out for yourself. They say they build custom software that integrates with WHMCS.
