SenseICT Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 Hi there, I had the following symbols in one of my passwords to login to WHMCS (it has since changed): >*~: With this in my password I continually got a 'Authentication Failure' message when attempting to login via iWHMCS, I tested to check my api key, that was correct, so I changed the password to remove all symbols, and was able to login without issue.
