alinford
I am trying to setup Domains so that we autorenew 14 days early, but would like to send out invoices starting 30 days early. General Settings -> Domains -> Sync Next Due Date: If I set this to 14 days, does the autorenewal occur 14 days before expiration? Setup -> Automation Settings -> Domain Reminder Settings -> First Renewal Notice : If I set the first renewal notice to 30 days before the renewal date, when is that? Is that 30 days before the Next Due Date, or is that 30 days before the Expiration Date of the domain? Setup -> Automation Settings -> Billing Settings -> Invoice Generation: If I set this to 14 days, when is that? Is that 14 days before Next Due Date or 14 days before expiration? Under advanced, there is an option to set a different invoice advance day for domains. So, I assume that if I set the default to 5 for hosting, and the domain for 14, then domains will be autorenewed 14 days before the Next Due Date, and hosting 5 days before Next Due Date?
alinford
Products/Services -> Pricing: If I select Prorata Billing and Prorata Date for a hosting service, do the setting above effect this?
