WHMCS Chris
Greetings! As I've been watching the forums for a while gathering insight, I wanted to take a few minutes and officially introduce myself to everyone here on the forums. Since the partnership between cPanel & WHMCS, Myself, along with other members from the cPanel team have been working with WHMCS to get the support queue where it should be. As I look now, it's actually down 1000% from where it was three months ago, but we've still admittedly have a ways to go. We've also been working with Matt and the rest of the team at WHMCS to learn from each other, as well as bring tools and operational techniques to not only the Support Department, but to WHMCS as well which a bit of should be revealed shortly. Personally, I've been working in the Web Hosting Industry for many years now. For Web Hosting companies, cPanel, and now working with WHMCS. I'm always happy to help and share information, and in return I'm anxious to learn more from you. So with this introduction I also extend an open invitation to discuss with me anything you'd like in this post, message me directly either here, or through the WHMCS Support Queue, or the cPanel queue for that matter - good or bad. Best Regards,

concerto49
Haven't seen too much come out of it yet, but hopefully cPanel and WHMCS will be working better. Would hope WHMCS gets more partnerships in the future to benefit us.
WHMCS Chris
Thanks for the welcome greeting, everyone. concerto49, progress as of late has been very much behind the scenes. However there will be information released in the coming month. As far as not seeing any progress however, if you've submitted a support ticket in the last month or so you would have received a fairly quick turn around from WHMCS. Previously, we had been very backed up. As I mentioned in my initial reply, tickets are down now 1000%. That's not a lack of tickets either, solely what's waiting in the queue.
DavidBee
Haven't seen too much come out of it yet, but hopefully cPanel and WHMCS will be working better. Would hope WHMCS gets more partnerships in the future to benefit us. At the start of the partnership I gather everyone just got to know each other and how they operate. Welcome to the forum Chris. cPanel support is one of the best I have dealt with!
TekHive
Welcome Chris, I can confirm the support department has improved massively. Going from couple days to get a response to under an hour
