Password Protect Admin folder - Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello all,

Is there a specific way (or better way) to password protect the admin folder when using a Windows 2008 server? I know how to create a password protected folder i.e. remove anonymous then add a user to the folder, however when I do it the normal Windows way I get an error saying that the Templates folder needs to be CHMOD 777. WHMCS works perfectly fine and all permissions are correct when not using the password protected folder option.

Any ideas?

Cheers
