numibesi
Hello, Hope by posting this on the correct place! I have two server resgistered on my WHMCS instalation, one hosted on Ace-Hosting the other one on JustHost. The second one is where i have my problem! When i try to import my cpanel/whm accounts i get a black page only with the message "The following accounts were found on the server. Tick the boxes next to the accounts you wish to import." See attached image please. And it stops? What are the requirements, ports, etc not directly configurable on the Utils page necessáry for this to work? Regarding ACE-Hosting i had to problem at all, so i'm guessing that is some sort of block on JustHost party. Bets Regards, /http://s18.postimage.org/4yjkca8o5/erro_whmcs.jpg
othellotech
You'll need to ask JH whether they allow direct access through their firewalls and 3 rd party access to the WHM API - the "problem" is at their end not in WhMCS
sparky
Check to make sure that your username/password or username/accesshash are correct. If you add this to your configuration.php $debug_output=1; it should display the output of the request to the screen so that you can see the error. Make sure that you REMOVE that line from your configuration.php when finished. Edited October 14, 2012 by sparky
numibesi
Thank you both for replying, @sparky After adding that flag the returned info was about the same. I have double checked the values and they are all ok. @othellotech I'm startying to belive in that possibility, i even contacted them about this problem almost 2 days ago.... They state somewhere on the WHM panel that port 2086/2086 are reserved for internal use, and the trut is that i cannos use for example whm.mydomain.com nor http://www.mydomain.com:2087, i must use my.justhost.com:2087.... I'll wait some more. Regards and ty very much to both.

They're redirecting/proxying the WHM connection - so no, you cant use WHMCS - time to pick a better reseller host !
numibesi
Hello, Unfortunattly, nothing can be done, except has stated by othellotech, i'm moving all my clients to Ace-hosting.net (this guys are 5*). I just got this reply from JH (copy&pasted): ======================> Hello, Thank you for contacting Support. I do apologize for any problems this has caused you. According to your ticket you are having a problem with: WHMCS in our environment As of right now WHMCS is not interfacing with WHM on our network. This reduces its overall functionality substantially. We have our Developers and Quality Assurance groups working on a solution at this time, but unfortunately we do not have an exact ETA on the resolution. For now ClientExec is the best option, which has been proven to work in our environment and has more functionality, options, and is updated more frequently than WHMCS. At this time we do not have an interface to switch from WHMCS to ClientExec as they are completely different programs. If you switch to ClientExec you will need to re-input your data. We thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any other questions please contact us back at your earliest convenience. Thank you, <====================== No comments... Ty every one.
