mrprez Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 3.2.2 Whenever I try to use the insert KB link feature in the support desk, it inserts the admin link to the KB article not the client area link. For instance: https://merchantmoms.com/billing/admin/supportticketskbarticle.php?cat=16# Maybe I am just not doing this right, but I have tried everyway I can think of and can't get the right link in there.
