</span><br /> code error when adding image or link to product description

Hi, I keep getting an error when adding an image or link to a product description ie;

 

if i add code:

<a href="http://internetradiohosting247.co.uk/vps-hosting/vps-hosting-plans/" >VPS Pro</a>

 

it creates an incorrect link ie;

<a href="http</span><br />//internetradiohosting247.co.uk/vps-hosting/vps-hosting-plans/" >VPS Pro</a>

 

or if i add an image

<img src="http://internetradiohosting247.co.uk/images/vps-plans.png">

 

it creates an empty box with no image ie;

<img src="http</span><br />//internetradiohosting247.co.uk/images/vps-plans.png">

 

the link to the

/https://www.internetradiohosting247.co.uk/clients/cart.php?gid=12

 

Any one have any ideas??

Yes it seen that it is that way, anyone know how to make links in product description?

ability to use links is dependant on the orderform templat you're using as ":" means something to modern and comparison
