CCSupport Posted September 26, 2012 Share Posted September 26, 2012 Hello all, So, here's my predicament, I have a free SmarterTracklicence licence, which allows Live Chat (not interested in the KB or Ticket system), I was going to install and use it but just realised only the Enterprise version has a Mobile app..... So, I was wondering what your experiences are with the WHMCS Live Chat Addon? especially the mobile app integration? DigitalEnigma Posted September 28, 2012 Share Posted September 28, 2012 We're looking to start using this, have a couple of issues/bugs with it that need to be resolved though. 1. Ticket IS mask from v5.1.2 is not being used for the ticket id when a chat is logged as a ticket. 2.
