CPMiller
Is there some way to handle non-"standard" billing units? The issue I'm trying to deal with is hourly or daily "consulting" fees--for example, content development, graphic design, site development, and software development fees, any or all of which need to be billed either by the hour or the day. Seems to me that if one is going to use WHMCS as one's end-to-end business tool--especially for invoicing, there should be more than one-time, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual fee structures. Probably 40% of my revenue is consulting services related to hosted Websites (the hosting is the other 60%). I would have trouble believing I'm unique in this regard. If I have to invoice for these services outside of WHMCS, then it doesn't make much sense to me to split my invoicing between WHMCS and, say, Quickbooks. I may as well do it all in Quickbooks. Thanks for any help you can offer on this. Charles
slim
There is a 'Billable Items' tab in your clients profile that allows you to create an invoice for 'Hours/Qty' and you can set an amount. So for example, you could create an invoice for 1 hr @ $88.00 - You have the choice to create a new invoice or simply add it to the next invoice generated for that client. Is this what your after?
