Some emails that are sent wrongly by cron job, aren't listed in clients "Emails" tab!

Hello

 

Some of my clients say that they receive invoice reminders and invoice overdue payments emails and have forwarded those wrong emails for me.

 

But when I see sent emails in those clients' "Emails" tab (page http://site.com/admin/clientsemails.php?userid=XXX), the wrong emails are NOT listed.

 

I've also seen that some invoice notifications have been sent that have WRONG INVOICE ID and WRONG PRICE! In fact that invoice was not belonged to that client!

 

1. Why such emails are sent?

2. The mpre important question is: Why are not they logged in the system?

 

Not that I think that my host's cpanel's cron job has a problem: I've set to run ONCE everyday, but it is executed every 12 hours. Is the problem related to this issue?

Are you running 2 copies of WHMSC or an old cron job on a test setup - that's the most common reason for this issue.
