Hello I've found the SQL query below but it was posted on 2010 and doesn't seem to work now. SELECT tblpricing.currency, tblpricing.msetupfee, tblpricing.qsetupfee, tblpricing.ssetupfee, tblpricing.asetupfee, tblpricing.bsetupfee, tblpricing.monthly, tblpricing.quarterly, tblpricing.semiannually, tblpricing.annually, tblpricing.biennially, (SELECT tblcurrencies.prefix FROM tblcurrencies WHERE id = tblpricing.currency) AS curprefix, (SELECT tblcurrencies.suffix FROM tblcurrencies WHERE id = tblpricing.currency) AS cursuffix, (SELECT tbldomainpricing.extension FROM tbldomainpricing WHERE id = tblpricing.relid) AS extension FROM tblpricing WHERE tblpricing.type= 'domainregister' AND !(SELECT tbldomainpricing.extension FROM tbldomainpricing WHERE id = tblpricing.relid) Our WHMCS is already 7.2 Would you please help with the new query that should show the following result for us?

I had two ways: 1. Going to the unpaid invoice and adding the payment for that invoice from the "Add Payment" tab. 2. Adding a new transaction by going to Billing menu and selecting Transaction List and after adding the transaction using Add Transaction tab. I should note that from the form, I filled the "Invoice ID(s)" field with the proper invoice id. I used the second way. Doesn't the way automatically update Next Due Date? Thank you
-
I know that if the user himself would pay the invoice, the service's Next Due Date would be updated, but he has payed the invoice not by the system and I have added the transaction and put the invoice id in the new transaction form, so the invoice has been marked as paid. I wanted to know if anything is wrong with me, or if should I care about updating the Next Due Date when a manual transaction is added to user by me. Isn't there anyway so that it automatically update the Next Due Date? Thank you

Hello Because of a DDOS attack, my server was down for about 24 hours. Now I want to add 2 days to any services (monthly, annually, shared hosting, reseller accounts) of the specific server (because of more user specification) I know that it's not currently supported and I should execute a special query in the database. Would you please tell me the exact query? Please don't advise unless you are 100% sure. Because it's not a testable and undoable action. Thank you very much for your help

How can client add a configurable option to current service for next month?
smhnaji replied to smhnaji's topic in Using WHMCS
Thank you very much for this great help -
I have extended my hosts with an automated backup and added it as a configurable option. How can the client add the configurable option to the product for the next month/year? How can the client add the configurable option to the product for current remaining days until the next service due date? How can I myself add the configurable option in the admin area for the service until the next due date? Thank you

Is that possible? If you want more detail, I should say: I know that promotions are really good. They force users to purchase a service. OK. That is good, but it might not be enough. We shouldn't ask users to just use promotions. Suppose that we find a way to put them into more discounted user groups (I don't know how, maybe by adding a module that selects more active user and puts them to more discounted user groups). OK? User groups only lets us discount by percentage. That is not really enough. Promotion codes are very more complex and very better to discount. Is there a way to think about user groups, as a promotion code? So we can have very more complex and hotter offers by their user groups. (And user automatically go to more discounted groups according to their registration date and/or total amount of their purchases) Isn't there a way to DEVELOP this ability? Thank you

Hello Some of my clients say that they receive invoice reminders and invoice overdue payments emails and have forwarded those wrong emails for me. But when I see sent emails in those clients' "Emails" tab (page http://site.com/admin/clientsemails.php?userid=XXX), the wrong emails are NOT listed. I've also seen that some invoice notifications have been sent that have WRONG INVOICE ID and WRONG PRICE! In fact that invoice was not belonged to that client! 1. Why such emails are sent? 2. The mpre important question is: Why are not they logged in the system? Not that I think that my host's cpanel's cron job has a problem: I've set to run ONCE everyday, but it is executed every 12 hours. Is the problem related to this issue? Thank you

Hello I've set a wrong password for DirectAdmin reseller username in WHMCS server configuration. So when I send a request to change a username in DirectAdmin server, I expect to see an error message (like cannot connect to DA server or...) but WHMCS messages that the account's password has been change successfully! Also when I want to create a user in DirectAdmin, WHMCS give successful message. Everything is OK with the cpanel reseller and WHMCS can connect and do proper changes as cpanel reseller as well. Any ideas?

Also Setup -> General Settings have been reverted to Default.

Hello I installed may 29's security patch just now (a min ago). I use WHMCS 5 the latest version. Tonight I saw that all my configuration has been lost (template has been changed to its initial state after a fresh install as it looks). My currency has reverted to default, client area and admin template have reverted back to default and I think there are some other changes... The servers look to be OK at http://site.com/admin/configservers.php Is that caused by that problem? Have I been hacked? Would you please tell me what should I do? Thank you

Hello I have two server for hosting defined for WHMCS: cPanel & DirectAdmin Invoice creations and payment reminders work as expected with no problem as configured exactly in the Automation settings for DirectAdmin Server (server 2), but they don't work on cPanel hosts. They only suspend cPanel hosts without any warning to the client or even creating an invoice! Where should I check if anything is wrong with my configuration? I haven't found anywhere to say that the Automation configuration work only on a special server's hosts.

Recreating hosting account without corrupting order's next due date
smhnaji replied to smhnaji's topic in Using WHMCS
Thank you very much rke211. That was a perfect solution. I will tell you if I had any other problems -
Hello I'm going to move all my accounts from Server 1 to Server 2. I do that manually with no problem. I don't want to corrupt dates of next due dates and email reminders. Please tell me the right way to do that. Suppose that I'm going to recreate an account for domain.com in server 2. I want that the alone difference for client, be the new Hosting account welcome email sent to him/her. I would appreciate any Step by Step How to with such specification. Thank you

Hello there. I only want to sell shared (and reseller) hosting services to my clients. I want to disable domain registration. They should register their domain somewhere else and buy hosting only for their domains that they had registered before. I've deleted all domains from Setup > Products/Services > Domain Pricing but I think that I'm looking a form that I can uncheck "Domain registration" ability there. Also note that in Setup > General Settings > Domains tab I've only checked Allow clients to use their own domain I want that the client only see "Hosting order only..." button in the first page; nothing else about domain registration or transfer. I use WHMCS 5's default template for client area (front end). Thank you

Hello Unfortunately with the setting that I have, Invoice generation reminders are not sent. Also overdue msges are not sent to clients. They only receive suspention messages as their account becomes suspended! I attach an image that can best describe my Automation Settings. I have also activated the file cron.php to run every 4 hours. Any recommandation to alert clients before suspention?

"Tick this box to enable automatic termination" doesn't work
smhnaji replied to smhnaji's topic in Using WHMCS
YES, you are absolutely right. Removing that should resolve all the problems for me. When I saw your msg, I checked cron job email once again and I saw that all terminated accounts where the same product as the account that I talked to you about it. They were all 100MB - Germany (the same product) Thank you very much. Now WHMCS cron job doesn't remain mysteric any more. -
"Tick this box to enable automatic termination" doesn't work
smhnaji replied to smhnaji's topic in Using WHMCS
Hello m8internet and thank you very much for your responses. Settings' values are listed below: Enable Suspension: CHECKED Suspend Days: 10 Enable Unsuspension: CHECKED Enable Termination: NOT CKECKED Termination Days: 30 (Does it matter when the prev value has been disabled?) I found the problem causing this matter: I had set the "Auto Terminate/Fixed Term" to "10" for that specific product. -
"Tick this box to enable automatic termination" doesn't work
smhnaji replied to smhnaji's topic in Using WHMCS
2nd question continued: Where should I see the reason of termination? Thank you -
Hello The first problem: I never want to perform any termination. I want that users be suspended after 10 days of due date passed. I'm using ver 4.5.2 I've disabled the checkbox labeled "Tick this box to enable automatic termination" in Automation Settings BUT IT DID TERMINATE some accounts after the first cron job ( php -q cron.php ). The second problem (veeeeery strange) caused by the second execution of the cron job: As you see in the attachment, registration date of an account is "17/12/2011" and next due date is "17/12/2012" BUT IT HAS BEEN TERMINATED by the cron job. What has caused the problem? Please help me ASAP. Thank you
