Email template {$invoice_total} not including tax

Posting here as I have given up on WHMCS Support.

 

Just noticed that when our custmers are sent reminders for unpaid invoices they are sent reminders for the ammount minus tax: {$invoice_total}

 

How can we change this to reflect total ammount including tax?

Is it just the reminders not including Tax?

 

Have you checked the Tax setup as described at http://docs.whmcs.com/Tax/VAT
