WHMCS is selecting the wrong package from WHM

Hi all. If this is the wrong forum then a mod can move it by all means.

 

My problem is this;

 

I have a package setup in WHM called "myuser_micro". When I create a product in WHMCS no matter what I put in the Module Settings area it always assigns the client a package called "Reseller Example" which I assume was put there by hostgator. It doesnt matter if I type in "micro", "username_micro", leave the other fields blank or fill them all in the same thing happens.

 

The only way I can get it to set up a account on WHM with the correct settings is to leave the name blank and fill in all the numbers. Obviously this could get very messy very quickly.

 

I have opened a support ticket but I would like to figure it out myself if possible as I learn more that way :-D

 

If anyone has any idea of what I might/might not be doing to cause this please let me know.

Ok I deleted all my packages in WHM and remade them and now it seems to be working fine. I dont know what I did but if anyone is having the same issue maybe try that.
