WHMCS support. where are they?

i've had a 2 ticket import related issues not replied to in 2 weeks. had to pay some WHMCS user who knows programming to help me sort out as it was affecting service.

 

i was told not to 'bump' as the ticket will go back down the Q.

I've got to tell you this makes me nervous. I just purchased and am within my 30 day window for refund. Unfortunately I haven't had much time for testing the last couple weeks due to other issues popping up. Between all the bug reports and posts about non-existent support I am really thinking about taking the refund and going to another software. What a shame.

this currect support issue is very strange for WHMCS as normally support tickets are answered really quickly. I have submitted tickets recently and have very quick replies.

People getting answers in 24-48 hours are just really lucky, or maybe have simple issues.

 

If you have any serious issues or bugs be ready to wait for 5-7 weeks, possibly longer.

 

I have a critical issue that is from a bug in the WHMCS 5.1.2 code and I am waiting 5+ weeks for a resolution so far.
