EZi
Greetings, Does anyone know how to integrate with DW? I have a template and in essence I need the top and bottom in the header and footer files respectively. However, this doesn't seem to work. Is this done before? Cheers, Rene
bear
It's actually pretty simple. What have you tried, and what isn't working, exactly?
EZi
Hi, and thanks for commenting. Our test site is here: http://easydomains.com.au/ And the WGMCS is located here: http://easydomains.com.au/whmcs/ I'm on the default template but even there it seems to be working less than perfect when clicking on the icons. I did get the template to work but the icons seem to always show up in a table although I stripped all CSS. I'm new to this as you may have gathered... EksoKen
you just add your content into header.tpl and footer.tpl in the template directory
bear
Our test site is here: http://easydomains.com.au/ There are some errors on that page, mainly caused by missing characters in the HTML. If you view the source in Firefox browser, it should highlight that in red. I'm on the default template but even there it seems to be working less than perfect when clicking on the icons. It's looking like it may be missing the language files, since no actual words show up when I visit. Are you sure you've uploaded everything properly? I did get the template to work but the icons seem to always show up in a table although I stripped all CSS. Have you looked at the template yet? It's laid out in tables. ;-) To change that, copy the entire template directory for the template you'd like to modify and name it however you like, then edit the files within. After uploading you should be able to select that to use for your site. To make it look like your main site, find the spot in your code that you'd like WHMCS to be within, and put the code above that in the header.tpl file (in that new folder you create), and then take the remaining code (minus anything you don't want) in the footer.tpl in that same folder. Make sure to get the links right, since it's going to be called from a different directory than it had before. Root relative or absolute links work best.
