Support Tickets not being created

Recommended Posts

I have WHMCS setup (so I believed) so that when a person emails webmaster@mydomain.tld it creates a ticket in the webmaster department, however it seems to not be working. It was in the past, but something seems to have broke it.

Under the webmaster support department I have webmaster@mydomain.tld as the email (see attachment)

I have the email Cron Job setup in cPanel (see attachment)

After sending a test email to webmaster@mydomain.tld the cronjob sent the following to my cpanel main account:

POP Import Log
Date: 11/08/2012 16:55:01
Host:

mail.option9.com
Email: webmaster@option9.com
Email Count: 1

To me this indicated that it worked and created the support ticket, however no ticket showed up in the ticket listing and no email notification was sent to tickets@mydomain.tld.
