ExactInternet
Hi, I'm having a problem with one of my Email Templates and would like to know if anyone else has come across anything similar. I copied the existing Hosting Welcome Email and edited the fields to make it relevant for my Plesk install. Everything works great except the contents of the "href" portion of the <a> tags. For example, instead of getting a link to https://www.{$service_domain}:8443/ I get a link to https://www.%7B$service_domain%7D:8443/ This happens immediately after saving the email. It does not matter if I edit the HTML directly or use the link editor that is part of the WYSIWYG editor. WHMCS have been slow on any response so I'd like to open this up to the forum. Thanks in advance...

anderolsen
I am also having problems when editing any mail template. He simply does not save changes in any way ... efisher
I'm having the same problem. It doesn't matter if I make the change with or without the rich-text editor. I ended up having to change the code in the database itself.
ExactInternet
I can confirm efisher's fix works. Matt/John/WHMCS team would you mind acknowledging this bug and giving us a timeline for a fix? I hate to say I haven't had an update on the ticket I raised reporting this fault exactly 1 week ago either..
efisher
For those that are still having this problem, please open a support ticket. There is an update that will resolve this and they (WHMCS support) should provide it via response from a ticket.
