Daniel
I am sure I read somewhere that WHMCS was now allowing clients to sign up for more than one hosting account under their login name. Well, an existing client has just placed a second order and WHMCS is refusing to set it up on the server as another client with that name already exists. Any ideas why this is happening? I am using the latest version. The error code is 1007 Thanks, Dan
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 1, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 1, 2007 Hi Daniel, Clients can signup for an unlimited number of hosting accounts in their account on your WHMCS system. There's no limits. But there is a bug with the automated setup on a Plesk server with multiple accounts for one clients. It's on the dev tracker here: http://dev.whmcs.com/index.php?cmd=view&id=42 Matt
Daniel
Thanks Matt, Is there any way I can get around this other than creating another user in WHMCS and moving the service to that user and creating it again?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 1, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 1, 2007 It might be easier to just create this domain in plesk manually under the existing client rather than doing that. Matt
