always seem like lack of css when using https and didn't load secure contents

I set http and https both in the general settings. after that , when the clients log in and wan't to buy something, for example picture 1 , it always show a remind like picture 2 in the attachment.

 

we installed the plugin of vps.net.

 

how to make it that load the https page directly without a secure remind.
