Esi Posted July 21, 2012 Author Share Posted July 21, 2012 to be more precise after upgrading to the latest version of WHMCS and after we reinstalled as communicated by Lawrence Customer Support dbconnect.php file, WHMCS has created serious problems. Bubka3 Posted July 23, 2012 Share Posted July 23, 2012 Please do not open multiple tickets. It will only take longer. Close the younger one using the Close Ticket button. Make sure you dont reply asking for updates as that bumps it down in the queue as well. Esi Posted July 25, 2012 Author Share Posted July 25, 2012 Even tonight whmcs has sent an email to my client to comunicate him that his payment advise was expired, to pay invoice he must go into client area to see it; the link that is listed on the email lead to an invoice of other client, and this has already paied it!
