Strange error: some emails pipe, others don't !!!

I have a bizarre situation where most existing clients email piping to support works fine.

 

With only 1 or 2 existing (active) clients, email piping does not work - the email comes straight to my inbox !

Is email piping dependent upon email client the email is sent from (e.g. some kind of headers / language encoding / character issue)?

 

Strange error - not really a big problem, but annoying as I have to manually add their ticket reply back into the original ticket (or if there is not yet one created, I need to create it)!

 

Anybody else have this issue? Hoping for some suggestions!

Hi,

 

Yes, I'm getting exactly the same issue today with a client using a "yahoo.co.uk" email address. (Hence I'm here searching for a solution)

 

It has happened a couple of times in the past and I assumed it to be a "one off". I'm using 5.0.3.
