sol2010 Posted July 19, 2012 Share Posted July 19, 2012 I have a bizarre situation where most existing clients email piping to support works fine. With only 1 or 2 existing (active) clients, email piping does not work - the email comes straight to my inbox ! Is email piping dependent upon email client the email is sent from (e.g. some kind of headers / language encoding / character issue)? Strange error - not really a big problem, but annoying as I have to manually add their ticket reply back into the original ticket (or if there is not yet one created, I need to create it)! (Hence I'm here searching for a solution) It has happened a couple of times in the past and I assumed it to be a "one off".
