websavers
Currently when a client orders a domain transfer, they are required to enter an EPP transfer code during the order process. This is enforced by WHMCS in that if an EPP code is not provided an error is returned and the user cannot complete the domain configuration stage until they have provided the EPP code. When a .ca domain name is being registered, it requires that the person buying the domain name agree to the CIRA terms and conditions. There is a checkbox for this along with the CIRA terms laid out on the domain configuration page, however WHMCS allows the user to proceed with the registration without checking the box. This ends up in a domain registration failure since the registrar (in this case eNom, but it should happen with all) is unable to successfully register the domain name without the checkbox for the CIRA agreement being checked during the order. An admin can correct this manually in the WHMCS admin back-end, but unless they first confirm the agreement to the CIRA terms with the client, they're in essence forging the customer's agreement -- not a good situation to be in legally. When proceeding through the order form, if the client does not check the box beside "Tick to confirm you agree to the CIRA Registration Agreement shown below" and attempts to proceed to the next step of the order process, WHMCS should not allow the user to do so, return them to the same page and provide an error in the same way failure to provide an EPP code provides an error and blocks progression of the order form. [This has been described as a problem here as well] Edited July 13, 2012 by jas8522 Add similar thread link
cenourinha
There should be an option for refering a URL for Registry specific cctld/tld terms and also a custom message to show when a specific cctld/tld is selected.
