WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 27, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 27, 2007 What version of MB are you running?

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 27, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 27, 2007 The script is designed to work with MB 4.4 so I suspect that is the issue. Matt
serverx
hi matt, my membership on Modernbill has expired so i cant update it to the version 4.4, i must pay $79.95 to renew my subscription?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 28, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 28, 2007 Either that or pay for us to develop an MB 4.3 importer for you. I hate to see MB getting money from people so I would try to beat that price just for that! I wouldn't think there was that many changes between V4.3 and 4.4 but would need to see the database. Open a ticket about it. Matt
DigitalEnigma
Hi, We're running MB 4.4.1 Build 2 and getting the exact same error as above.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 1, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 1, 2007 The above error was identifed as not being an issue - it simply occurs when a PayPal Subscription record is not found for the user in the MB database and shouldn't have any negative affect on the imported data. DigitalEnigma
Hi Matt, Thanks, I did have a few additional SQL queries to run to get invoices to show up which I got from one of your other clients.
