Email Almost Setup - Question about Logs

I just looked at the Support Ticket Mail Log and I am seeing this message on a few entries:

"Blocked Potential Email Loop"

 

I guess I don't have the email set up but I read through the manual and I am not sure how to setup the email so that I don't create loops.

 

I have:

 

07/26/2007 21:20 support@domain.com WHMCS New Order Notification

From: Domain «support@domain.com» Blocked Potential Email Loop

 

I am still learning and need a little assistance understanding what I'm doing wrong.
