  1. I used the import file to bring in all my clients into WHMCS from CE. Now I have a phantom overdue invoice that I cannot access anywhere but I see it in the statistics on the left hand side. When I click it and go to the overdue invoices...nothing is listed. How can I get rid of this? I assume I can remove from the database but I don't know what tables are effected. Thanks for assisting, Louise

I just looked at the Support Ticket Mail Log and I am seeing this message on a few entries: "Blocked Potential Email Loop" I guess I don't have the email set up but I read through the manual and I am not sure how to setup the email so that I don't create loops. I have: 07/26/2007 21:20 support@domain.com WHMCS New Order Notification From: Domain «support@domain.com» Blocked Potential Email Loop I am still learning and need a little assistance understanding what I'm doing wrong.   3. I am new to WHMCS but I think that sounds like an interesting idea, automating the process and eliminating hassle of alot of manual manipulation. Thanks, Louise
  4. I am setting up maintenance services that require a 3-month commitment and will be prepaid for the first 3 months and after that as a recurring monthly charge. Is that possible.....if so, please explain how to set it up. Thanks, Louise
  5. I have a history of support tickets and current tickets on CE. Does anyone have an import feature for tickets? Dalmuti
