rockhost Posted July 3, 2012 Share Posted July 3, 2012 Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm starting think two of my favorite WHMCS features do NOT work simultaneously. Has anybody successfully implemented these together? 1. http://docs.whmcs.com/Further_Security_Steps 2. http://docs.whmcs.com/Singlehop I did add the Single Hop API IP to the .htaccess file (allow), but the admin directory is password protected regardless so I'm not sure that will help I'll continue to troubleshoot. rockhost Posted July 4, 2012 Author Share Posted July 4, 2012 Yes, that is true. I have been in contact with Single Hop. Unfortunately the WHMCS module no longer applies, which is kind of a disappointment from my perspective. There are no management options for the clients or admin through WHMCS. You must use the Tandem portal. I didn't have much luck with api (Tandem v2.0) integration even after removing the Further Security Steps temporarily as a test.
