websavers Posted June 30, 2012 Share Posted June 30, 2012 I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug, but none of my Plesk 10 servers have been updating their usage stats. All Plesk 9 servers have been updating fine. When I check the activity log, I see entries like: 29/06/2012 14:00 Cron Job: Running Usage Stats Update for Server ID 15 But they only reference IDs for Plesk 9 servers and none of the Plesk 10 boxes. The Plesk 10.4.4 RPC API reference indicates that you can still get usage stats. Does anyone know why this would not be working for me? websavers Posted July 9, 2012 Author Share Posted July 9, 2012 WHMCS support staff informed me via support ticket that this is by design; the Plesk 10 module does not support resource updates.
