Hosting Template Area distorted... Have i been hacked???

Checked my website today and my clients order pages are all empty and not working well.

 

Have i been hacked?

 

Does anyone know how i can solve my issues fast?

There was a recent patch released that had an issue with the English file. Since it can't find the file it doesn't display the English phrases. Make a copy of the english.php file and rename to English.php saving it to the same folder. See if that fixes it.
