Currently a support operator seems to be allowed to delete any ticket reply or any ticket in the department(s) that are associated to him/her. For example, a larger webhosting might have several staffs dedicated to a certain specific task, e.g. cancellation, order processing, account creation, support department/ticket system supervision, etc. without being able to do more than his/her job description. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mrprez Posted July 28, 2007 Share Posted July 28, 2007 Another thing needed is to have a top level operator who can view ALL tickets regardless of who they are assigned to.
