But can someone just tell me in advance if "merge fields" (e.g. {$client_name} ) work properly in email template subject lines, and not just the body of those messages? Thx, Ross Hi Ross, I notice with some merge fields don't work correctly in the subject. I wanted to display product specific subject line like. Your [basic Windows Hosting] Account is Ready Having the product set to [{$invoice_items}] But, that returns Your Array Account is Ready But, that is from the invoice template. But, if the email template is a "Product" template then you can use {$service_product_name} and that would work. But, I wanted the invoice and account ready email to all be in one email instead of. Order Confirmation Invoice Created Invoice Paid Your Account is ready Too many emails Wanted to condense the emails but using the merge fields I think it is not possible.
