Email Marketing whmcs addon module required Developer NEEDED

i currently have my website up and running selling marketing services but for this project i require an email marketing addon so when a client selects a email marketing package they require through the whmcs portal

once they select the package before checkout page i want it to have an email creator so the client can design there own email to be sent out once they are happy with it they will checkout and pay for the service then i would like the whmcs software to send this email out automatically to the required amount of targeted emails selected the addon module must beable to allow me to upload emailing lists also for the possibility for the client to view their capaign status through the client area once logged in

if anybody can help or can point me in the right direction would be great
