djajay80 Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 Im going into SETUP / PRODUCTS& SERVICES and edit a current product. change what I need and hit SAVE. Go back into and its showing the old price. I checked the database and its has the old info. I edited it there using phpMYSQL and changed to the correct prices. It now shows correctly. but again im unable to change inside WHMCS. HELP!!! Im noticing It will save a new products name and price, but not if its "FREE" "RECURRING" or one time" Always choosing FREE and wont let me save changes there either. Strange thing If it was a database permission issue why would it accept payment enteries and other changes on customers records?!
