zippity
I had a few problems with the Live Help that I ordered/installed just before the WHMCS website problem.. and so my ticket was nuked.. I contacted the Live Help developer and they were very helpful and resolved one of my problems.. however, when enquiring about some instructions on how to customise the chat window etc they kindly directed me to their own help files.. but when i view those files from the WHMCS version eg Pre-chat Form – /livehelp/index.php Chat Window – /livehelp/frames.php Offline Email – /livehelp/offline.php the are encrypted and unable to be changed.. I assume there are some changes from the original in relation to integration with WHMCS, however, does anyone know of any workaround for this in order to allow me to customise the app?
Peter M Dodge
If these files are encrypted with IonCube, no, you wont be able to change them. I dont think WHMCS offers a templating alternative, which is why I gave the live help there a pass.

Manchester Web Hosting
That why I want directly with stardevelop.com to I can edit this files Yup agree with htb you can totally customise the files from stardevelop they are not encoded. of course you would have to keep there link in place as part of there license...
disgruntled
whmcs/live help is templateable, modules/livehelp/templates In here i see, default and whmcs-portal Copy one of those and roll your own. (although my onetime license lacks the unbranded option... bummer)
