But I hope,no matter which user reply it.it will all show as "customer support", I try to edit all the staff's full name as "customer support", Yes,it will show as "customer support" no matter which staff replay it, I try to check the ticket's log,it all show as "customer support" instead of the replyer/staff's name, By the way,I can not different which staff replyed it. I want to ask if I can edit which .top file, And modify the variable of staff name to "customer support" directly, By the way,all the ticket will show as "customer support" no matter which staff replyed, But I still can see who replyed it via the ticket's log.
