Problems in creating webhosting accounts

Recommended Posts

My clients complaints difficulty in logging in to their accounts with their username and password supplied by WHMCS. I thought these were isolated cases, but apparently this is not the case. I checked the domains/subdomains of my clients, and I found out that they are not displaying. What configuration settings could I have messed up?

Hello,

Make sure your clients have updated the nameservers on their domain to point to your web hosting server.

For example the following won't work until the nameservers have been changed and propagated:

domain.com/cpanel

however, the following will:

ip:2082 or ip:2083 (depending on server config) & ip:/cpanel

Thanks, Zomex.

I just wonder why even those that use the sub-domain are also not displaying.

There are also clients who complain that they cannot log in to their cpanel.

Can you educate me on this as well, please?

Your help will be highly appreciated.
