I modified some files to get this inside my affiliate home

 

 

This modifications brings direct links to be shared by affilitiated.

Step 1:

 

Add at the end of your languages files

 

$_LANG['affiliatesreferallink_social_title'] = "Use social networks to receive massive commissions";
$_LANG['affiliatesreferallink_social_mytitle'] = "I recommend them";

 

Step 2:

 

add whener you want to show buttons inside your /template/affiliates.tpl:
