nfried
After upgrading to WHMCS 5.0 recently, my Paypal IPN for subscriptions created before upgrading have stopped working. IPN for new orders/subscriptions created after I upgraded seems to work properly, but payments on subscriptions created before I upgraded are no longer being automatically marked as paid. They were certainly being automatically marked as paid before I upgraded WHMCS. Has anyone experienced this after upgrading? Is there a fix? Any help would be appreciated. -N Edited May 7, 2012 by nfried
m8internet
I had the same issue Checked everything, no issue found when upgrading from v5.0.2 to v5.0.3 (it was fine the week before when upgrading from v4.5.2 to v5.0.2) I decided to go back to basics Removed the PayPal email address from WHMCS Logged out of WHMCS Logged back in then added the PayPal email address Went to PayPal and swapped to a secondary email address Logged out of PayPal Logged back into PayPal, then swapped back to the PayPal email address installed in WHMCS Not had any problems since, weird Try that and compare
Lawrence
Check your Billing > Gateway Logs page in the admin area. Do you see "Invalid Receiver Email" in the Result column? If so, here's how to fix that http://docs.whmcs.com/PayPal#Invalid_Receiver_Email
