mhx
Is anyone else having trouble even going to the SETTINGS menu and going to general settings or products and services. The fade out is SUPER sensitive and I am struggling to use the menus at all. Where is the file to tweak this?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted May 10, 2012 WHMCS CEO Share Posted May 10, 2012 We haven't had any other reports of this. Providing your mouse stays within the borders of the menu, it should stay open for an unlimited period of time - but on mouse out they will close instantly. I'm having the same issue, but I suspect it's down to a Firefox plugin - just haven't got round to checking yet.

zomex
I'm not having this specific issue but I do notice that there is a small gap between the dropdown tab and menus where it'll cause it to disappear (probably a incorrect line-height value by a couple of px)
rupdog5500
I am facing similar issue as well for Admin Menu's on firefox. If you move your mouse from menu to dropdown in betwen there it disappears. So to click submenu you have to move your mouse fast or the sub-menu will disappear. It needs to be corrected.

Will take a look at this tonight to see if I can fix it. You're right that it only appears to be a bug in Firefox.
