Client needs access to support tickets from multiple emails

We have a client who needs access to their support tickets from multiple contacts/emails. I have set them up with extra contacts and checked the option to give them access to view and open tickets. However, each contact only sees the tickets they have opened when they log in. Is there any way for multiple email addresses to have joint access to their support tickets?


We are on version 4.5.2 (leased license so we don't have access to downloads for plugins etc).
