Staff Notice Board on the home page

Hello,

I was wondering how about if the staff notice board is added to the Admin Home page ?

Incase we need to post some important news to other admins this would be quite helpful since most of the time we (Admins) forget to go to the addons and check the staff noticeboard.

 

Displaying it on the home page will grab the attention of the admin when they login.

Yeah, there is an option to have it display on the homepage as a widget so you can control where abouts it shows.

Go to setup > administrator roles > full administrator - under widgets tick "Staff Noticeboard"

Is there a way to customise the widget for the Noticeboard? All the other widgets are covered in modules > widgets but the Noticeboard widget is not there. Just want to change the text colouring, size and bg colours of the notes in the Widget.
